Netbiscuits .NET Controls 1.2

Netbiscuits .NET Controls are a set of improvements for IntelliSense, Property Editor and Object Browser which include hiding all unneeded inherited members, removing design time classes from the public interface, moving member types to the "Elements" namespace, and adding comments to all classes and public members. In addition, there are new container controls to allow grouping and two column layout, as well as controls to create External, Forward and Paging declarations.
